Reviewed Before Going Live

No professional appears on SHIFT by signing up. Each application is reviewed by the SHIFT team — profile, credentials relevant to the service category, and portfolio — and approved before the profile is published. A one-month review period follows, with full platform access throughout.

Reviews You Can Trust

Only a client who has completed a booking can review the professional who delivered it, and the professional rates the client in return — both are revealed simultaneously, so neither side can react to the other. Ratings feed directly into how Agent Shift recommends professionals. Contested ratings can be disputed and are excluded while the SHIFT team reviews them.

Accountability at Every Step

Every professional agrees to the Professional Code of Conduct: quality service, punctuality, 24-hour response times, strict confidentiality, honest representation, and compliance with the laws that apply to their trade. Anyone on the platform can report or block a user. SHIFT investigates every report — outcomes range from a warning to immediate account termination.
